Furniture Freight

In the case of FURNITURE items customers will be contacted to agree on the freight charge, prior to delivery. Please note furniture is ALL flat packed and will require assembly. Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky items as well as deliveries to rural and remote locations within Australia.

If customer is not home to receive goods from courier, a subsequent freight charge will be incurred.

Furniture is available for delivery within Australia only.

Standard Freight Items

Please allow a maximum of 14 working days for delivery of items EXCLUDING FURNITURE. All items EXCLUDING FURNITURE have a flat rate of $10 for shipping in Australia and $30 for items outside of Australia . Please email sales@treehousekids.com.au for overseas shipping rates.

If customer is not home to receive goods from courier, a subsequent freight charge will be incurred.

 

Credit cards are charged once we verify the item is in stock and NOT when orders are placed. So your credit card will not be charged for out of stock items.

Back order
All items featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available at the time of sale.

Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

 
Disclaimer:

All prices quoted include GST. Prices are correct at time of issuing the catalogue but are subject to change without notice.

Please check your order against the packaging list before opening the goods. If there is discrepancy, please call Customer Service on 61 2 9519 6166.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods. Please include a written documentation as to what is wrong with the goods. Customer Service will issue you with a Return Authorization Number.

If you want to exchange an item for any other reason, you will be required to pay the freight to return the items and we should receive the goods back in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods.
